THIS NOTICE to members is provided as required by the bylaws of Barrie Music Festival Association Inc. and Ontario's Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010.

At the Annual Meeting, members will be asked to:

1. Receive and approve the financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025;
2. Appoint external auditors to conduct a compilation engagement review for 2025 - 2026;
3. Amend Bylaw 1, s.7.1.2 and s.7.2.5 regarding Quorum for Board of Directors' and Members' meetings;
4. Elect individuals to the Board of Directors;
5. Transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Agenda and financial statements will be made available to Voting Members upon request seven days prior to the meeting date.

Voting Members of the BMFA are individuals who have attained the age of majority in the province of Ontario, have been accepted by the Board, and have paid the requisite BMFA membership fee of $5.00 after July 1, 2025, and no later than seven days prior to the Annual Meeting.
